At V Festival 2015 in Chelmsford, I was lucky enough to cook for the artists preforming at the high-profile music festival. Street Food influenced dishes, global influence with my British twist.
The stars of the festival enjoyed a few dishes cooked by myself and my team of chefs and supporters that have been friends for some years, coming together to serve the likes of Sam Smith, James Bay, Ferne McCann, Keith Lemon, Jessie Ware and Stereophonics.
I partnered with Welsh Lamb to bring some of the best produce in Wales into this festival, of course with Stereophonics and Sir Tom Jones kicking around this was very much a taste to home experience for them.
Music has always been a big part of my life, and for years I played the guitar, drums and even in a band for a little while (albeit badly) so to have the opportunity of cooking for some of these names to showcase my food and what is available, literally in a field was an experience not to be forgotten.
Myself and the team will be at V Festival 2016 again this year so do come and see us!
FESTIVAL FOOD MENU:

Lobster Roll w/ Wasabi Mayo & Dill

PS. I would also like to thank the truly wonderful Mary at Eat to the Beat for helping bring together this whole event, with out her and the team at ETTB it would not of been possible! Also not forgetting Colin, Dan, Amy, Sean, Katy, Sam, Olly and Rick.
